We designed a voicemail system with a natural, empathetic voice that greets the patient, explains that they can't be attended right now and invites them to leave a message. The tone is so natural that patients leave detailed messages without feeling like they're talking to a machine.

Automatic AI transcription

Every voice message is automatically transcribed using artificial intelligence. Receptionists see a clean, clear dashboard showing: time, phone number, patient name and the full transcribed message.

Direct WhatsApp response

From the dashboard itself, with a single click on the "WhatsApp" button, the receptionist opens a direct conversation with the patient to confirm an appointment, answer their query or manage a cancellation. No need to return calls, no wasted time.

The results

The clinic went from losing over 20 daily calls to handling 100% of requests. Receptionists save more than 2 hours a day that were previously spent returning calls and managing messages. Patients receive a quick response and satisfaction has increased notably.
